I absolutely love what Matt Stevens is doing. By creating visual interpretations of the Nike Air Max 1 (one of my person favorite sneakers), he is paying tribute to his favorite designers and illustrators.

Originally, the concept was to create one sneaker a day for a month, but now he’s keeping it going with fresh ideas like these:

I love seeing a simple idea expressed in beautiful ways, especially when that idea involves sneakers. Keep it up Matt. Oh, and, how about some dunks?

Air Jordan x WK Interact

One of my favorite brands. One of my favorite artists. Add in NYC and it doesn’t get any better than this. The billboard, “Never Sleeps,” is currently up on the corner of Stanton & Ludlow.
